Where will you travel?
We can travel anywhere in the country. However an additional deposit may be required if further than 50 miles from Wakefield due to accommodation & milage costs.
What time do you serve too?
We love a good party and will keep the party going, along with guidance from the local authorities, venue and the TENs license.
What kind of payments do you accept
We take both cash and card payments, including contactless and apple pay.
Do you obtain licenses?
Yes if required we can apply for a TEN's license on your behalf, the cost for this licenses is normally £21.
Who supplies the glassware?
We fully supply the glassware. Depending upon the event will depend upon the type of glassware we use. For the pop up bar hire we can supply glassware at an additional cost.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we have full Public Liability Insurance. This is always kept with the bar should you wish to see it.
Can we just hire the bar and supply our own drinks?
Yes you can hire us dry.
The hire fee includes 2 staff to serve your drinks and all glassware is included. A £250 non-refundable deposit is payable to secure booking. Hire price is £100 per hour. Further options can be discussed upon booking.
Is there a minimum spend?
For our flagship horse box bar there is a minimum spend of £750.
How much are drinks
Prices can vary depending upon the type of drinks you would like us to sell. All prices can be discussed upon booking once the agreed drinks have been approved.
What does the deposit cover?
- Your chosen date and duration of your event
- Full bar hire (excluding drinks packages)
- Minimum of two friendly members of staff
- Disposable glassware, straws and another drink ware required.
Do you require power?
Our bar can run from mains supply if a point is available or can run off a generator at an extra cost. This means we can set up our bar anywhere.
Can bespoke cocktails be created?
Yes we can create a bespoke cocktail menu for your event should you want this., this does need to be agreed in advance so that our staff can be suitable trained to make the best cocktails for you.
